STEP 01

Consultation

Phone call, email, or a visit to the shop. We talk through what you have, what you want, and what you're trying to accomplish. No pressure, no upsell scripts. If it's a 30-minute call, it's a 30-minute call.

Design & Quote - 1776 Kustom Truck Fab process step 02
STEP 02

Design & Quote

We write up drawings, a parts list, and a fixed-price quote. You see exactly what's included before you sign. Build timeline, milestone payments, and the spec are all locked in writing.

Build - 1776 Kustom Truck Fab process step 03
STEP 03

Build

Your truck goes on the lift. Every week we send you photos of where the build is. You can stop by anytime during shop hours. Milestone payments are tied to build phases - you only pay for work that's done.

Delivery - 1776 Kustom Truck Fab process step 04
STEP 04

Delivery

Final walkthrough, dyno sheet (if applicable), build documentation, and the keys. We support every truck we build for life - call us if anything ever needs attention.

We eat labor overruns on quoted work. If parts back-order or you change the spec, timeline shifts and we tell you the day we know.

Yes. Inside 60 miles, we'll come grab the truck. Enclosed transport available anywhere in the lower 48 at cost.
