Chassis work is where shortcuts kill trucks - and sometimes drivers. We TIG and MIG-weld structural steel to AWS-quality standards, repair rusted frames with full plate-and-fish, stretch frames for crew-cab swaps, and build custom chassis from scratch for restomods and racers. Engineer the fix
Drawings, material list, weld plan. You approve the scope.

Cut, fit, weld
Old steel cut out, new plate or tube fit, structural welds laid in.
- STEP 04
Verify & finish
Inspection, paint or coat, back on the road or to the next build phase.
What it costs
Spot frame repair from $1,800. Full frame stretch $5K–$10K. Ground-up custom chassis $15K–$30K+.
Common questions
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We give you an honest answer after we put it on the lift. We won't sell you a repair on a frame that should be replaced.
Yes. Frame stretch with proper splice, fishplate, and re-weld. Done correctly, it's invisible and stronger than factory at the splice.
Yes. We build to NHRA, SCCA, and custom street-legal exo specs depending on what you need.
Our structural welds meet AWS D1.1 standards. We can provide weld documentation for race tech inspection.
Spot repair: a few days. Frame stretch: 2–3 weeks. Custom chassis build: 2–6 months.
